Coach one visible sales behavior using a checked excerpt and a practice question.
Editorial workflow guide · AI-assisted preparation · Not a hands-on product test. How we work
Set a narrow coaching question
Choose one behavior the salesperson and manager want to practice, such as confirming the property’s decision process or summarizing an agreed next step. Use only a transcript or notes your organization is permitted to process, with appropriate recording and review permissions already addressed. Fictional roleplays are a useful starting point when permission or data handling is uncertain.
Define observable evidence before asking for a review. A question was asked, a buyer answer was acknowledged, or a next step was repeated. Do not ask the model to infer honesty, confidence, personality, emotions or protected characteristics from someone’s voice or wording. This is preparation for a coaching conversation, not an automated employee rating or employment decision.

Require an excerpt for each observation
Ask AI for the relevant timestamp or line, observable behavior, missing information and one optional practice question. Separate not present in this excerpt from not done in the meeting; the input may be incomplete. Keep transcript uncertainty visible, especially when speaker labels or technical terms are unreliable.
In a fictional discovery call, the buyer mentions a procurement review, but the excerpt contains no question about who attends it. The coaching note can suggest practicing a neutral question about the review process. It should not claim the representative ignored a decision maker, lost the account or lacked motivation. A manager checks the full authorized context before discussing the observation with the rep.
Turn the review into a small practice loop
Select one checked observation together and rehearse a short alternative question using a fictional property scenario. Save the agreed practice behavior and let the rep add context or correct transcript errors. On the next authorized review, look for that behavior in the evidence rather than comparing opaque model scores across people.
ServiceTitan describes Field Pro recordings and coaching, primarily for Residential Service and Replacement with configuration and permissions required. Do not assume that documentation proves commercial availability or that this publication has tested it. You can trial the evidence format manually without buying a recording product. Keep source excerpts limited to reviewers who need them and follow your existing retention rules for the underlying meeting material.
Review checklist
- Agree on one observable behavior before review.
- Use authorized excerpts or fictional roleplays.
- Cite timestamps and flag uncertain speakers.
- Avoid personality inference and automated employee scores.
- Have the manager and rep review context together.

A prompt to adapt
For this authorized or fictional commercial discovery excerpt, review only the supplied coaching behavior. Return timestamp/line, exact evidence, observable action, missing context and one optional practice question. Say not present in excerpt when appropriate. Do not infer emotions, traits, protected information, sales outcomes or employment recommendations.
