Availability and boundaries
The announcement labels the update for desktop and mobile and identifies Plus as the eligible plan. It does not establish availability on lower plans. Review the exact record context and intended group before using a notification. This is a coordination feature, not an announced AI diagnosis or automatic approval capability.
An HVAC office use case
Our editorial take: an office could test the feature on a reviewed site-access clarification or a field-to-office question. Name one person responsible for the next step and record the required decision. Being notified or reading a note does not show that someone accepted ownership, resolved the question or approved a customer promise. We have not tested the feature.
