What the numbers cover
Thrive Analytics surveyed 1,020 commercial owners, executives, and general managers for ServiceTitan in July 2026, primarily in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing businesses. These are self-reported survey findings, not an independent test of any AI product or a forecast for your company.
Why it matters for HVAC teams
Our take: adoption alone is a weak success measure. Pick one sales or office process, record the starting workload, and include review time in the result. A renewal queue or proposal handoff offers a narrower starting point than a company-wide automation promise.
